• No refunds apply once work has begun.

• No refunds apply to change of mind, cancellations, or unused time.

• A booking is not secured until the deposit reaches our account.

 

 

3. No Refund Policy

 

• No refunds or deposits back under any circumstances, including cancellations, delays, or change of mind.

• If you cancel your booking, the deposit remains non-refundable.

 

 

4. Use of Footage & Content

 

By engaging our services, you grant us:

 

• The right to capture, edit, and use all footage, images, and content created during your project.

• Permission to use this material for marketing, portfolio, social media, website, advertising, and promotional purposes, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

 

You are responsible for ensuring any required permissions from venues or participants.

 

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

 

• Provide accurate information, brand details, and materials.

• Communicate promptly during the project timeline.

• Ensure all permissions for filming/photography are in place.

 

Delays in communication may extend delivery timelines.

 

 

6. Delivery

 

• Final files and content are delivered only after full payment is received.

• Delivery timeframes may vary depending on workload or project complexity.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information, client changes, or external issues.

 

 

7. Revisions

 

• Packages may include a limited number of revisions.

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

• We retain ownership of raw files unless purchased separately.

• Clients receive rights to use final delivered content for personal or business use.

• Reselling or misusing the content is not permitted.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

We are not liable for:

 

• Losses caused by equipment failure, natural events, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Issues caused by client delays or incorrect information.

 

 

10. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated version.
